Overview
As the VP of Operations Allyson is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, controlling budgets and deadlines, setting quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. She ensures that the team works optimally in a context of continuous improvement through scheduling, constant communications monitoring, and strong relationship connections which she has established and fostered within the customer base.
Allyson is the critical control point of the service team. She leads the planning, coordination, organization, and quality control of all the company's professional services in Financial, Operations, Tools and ECM divisions as well as our Project Management Office (PMO). In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the divisions, she provides direct management of the divisional operational leads. Allyson oversees key talent development programs including achievement of required certifications from Epicor.
Allyson assesses current and future workload needs with a view to forecasting the use and/or hiring of human resources. She develops and maintains the strategy for talent acquisition, development, and retention in order to ensure the long-term growth and health of the professional services department. Allyson leads the recruitment process, evaluating resources as well as hiring and integrating them into the existing corporate culture.
